How it works

Evaluate. Train. Progress.

01

The Evaluation

Every athlete starts here: range of motion, movement patterns, injury history. It gives us the information to build the most individualized program possible.

02

Your Program

A 1-on-1 onboarding session teaches you to read the program and own every movement. Then you train, 75 to 90 minutes at the intensity your development demands.

03

Track & Adjust

Programs run in 4-week blocks. We track, retest, and adjust to manage workload and progress so development compounds season over season.

Step one

Every athlete starts with an evaluation.

Initial Evaluation

  • Passive & active range-of-motion assessment
  • Movement-pattern & injury-history screen
  • Pitchers: TrackMan pitch quality, command & velocity metrics
  • A realistic timeframe to achieve your goals
  • 45-60 minutes, one-on-one with a coach

After your eval, we’ll collaborate on the right weekly format, then schedule a 1-on-1 onboarding session to teach you how to read and execute your program. Program options and pricing are walked through together when we build your plan.

Mike Sirota batting for the Los Angeles Dodgers organization
RPM was my home base every time Northeastern let out. Winter break, summer break, any time I was back in New York, I was in that building. The programming was built around exactly what I needed, and the atmosphere pushed me to attack every offseason. A lot of my strength development traces back to this place.

Matt Bowman pitching for the Baltimore Orioles
I’ve trained at RPM Baseball from my first throw after Tommy John surgery to getting back to pitching in the Major Leagues. Their facility is one of the best in the city between their weight room and personnel. I know I’ll have a successful offseason to prepare for the rigors of a full professional season.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

Our evaluation process gives us the information we need to provide you with the most individualized program possible. We assess passive and active ranges of motion, specific movement patterns, and potential limitations due to prior injuries and compensatory movements. Evaluations typically last 45-60 minutes.

Once the evaluation is complete, we’ll collaborate to determine how many training days per week makes the most sense. From there, we’ll schedule a 1-on-1 session with one of our coaches to teach you how to read the program and execute every movement prescribed to you.

We recommend a 2- or 3-day per week program for new athletes. The goal is sustainable consistency and habits for long-term athletic development. These sessions are total-body workouts tailored towards making you a stronger, more explosive, more mobile athlete. Our unlimited format is catered to older athletes with prior training experience who can handle high-intensity strength training.

Training sessions are approximately 75 to 90 minutes long. This varies with the technicality of the exercises, the pace at which they’re performed, and how extensive the coaching is to ensure proper technique for maximum performance.

We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and credit/debit cards via Square. Payment is due in full prior to starting the training program, and all programs are completed within 35 days of your first session. Cash, check, and Zelle payments carry no processing fees. See the full payment policy.
